What we do
Providing a sales interface for multiple global refineries, backed by fully executed sales mandates.
These mandates provide us the the authorisation to coordinate and release verified corporate offers, negotiate pricing under seller-approved procedures, and manage buyer-side interaction through secured deal pipelines.
We work with our network of refineries to provide EN590, Jet A1, SAF, D2, Naphtha, D6, LNG and many other petroleum products to vetted buyers.
Transactions are structured under CIF, TTT, TTO, TTV, STS and FOB delivery terms, with strict attention to documentation control and procedural integrity.
You will benefit from having us conduct the following on your behalf:
• Buyer sourcing and onboarding including full vetting.
• Expediting and execution of NCNDA to all relevant stakeholders
• Release of redacted SCOs after verification and mandate review
• Compilation of KYC, ICPO, CIS, SPA, DLC/LC and logistics
• Enforcement of non-circumvention, commission protection, and structured workflows
• Realtime interface with refinery-side mandates for pricing, availability, and lift schedule management
• AI Management: using AI tools to track the document flow and history of the transaction.
We maintain firm control over all communication and document flow, preventing unauthorized access, deterring time-wasters, and ensuring that only vetted, real parties are moved forward. If compliance is not met, the deal is not pursued.
